Directions: Leave M6 jct 36 and follow A590 in direction of Barrow, through Grange-over-Sands and Allithwaite to Flookburgh. Cark airfield, 1mile from Flookburgh Square. Signposted all the way.
Cartmel Village Hall
Description: Venue for local events.
Directions: From M6 jct 36 follow signs for Barrow along A590. Cartmel signposted off this road.

Description: The park is very popular with its own active Friends of Park Road Group. Park Road Gardens is an attractive well-maintained, ornamental park just outside the centre of Grange Over Sands. containing a varied plant profile, manicured lawns.

Directions: From M6 jct 36 take A590 towards Barrow. Take B5277 off signposted Grange-over-Sands, continue into Grange and follow directions through town.

Description: A garden in harmony with nature, including formal lavender garden, border with shrubs, climbers and perennials. Herb grown for use in the kitchen. Spectaculat specimens form a Mediterranean garden.
Directions: Two miles west of Grange-over-Sands on B5277. Jack Hill is on left just before Allithwaite village. The Pheasant Inn car park at bottom of Jack Hill approximately 100 metres. Limited parking for the not so fit near the house.
Grange Promenade
Description: Attractive gardens maintained by Grange Civic Society along the promenade, with children's playground, bowls, putting and cafe.
Wheelchair friendly with outstanding views across Morecambe Bay.

Directions: Exit M6 jct 36, towards Barrow on A590, follow signs to Grange-Over-Sands along B5277. Access from railway station subway and main street car park subway.
